Position Overview We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Data Clerk Admin to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily business operations through data entry, record maintenance, document processing, administrative assistance, and routine information management. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and digital systems and can complete structured assignments accurately while working independently. Previous professional experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing

  • Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Update existing records with new or corrected information.
  • Transfer data from approved forms and source documents.
  • Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow established data-entry and formatting procedures.
  • Process routine data requests.
  • Identify duplicate, missing, outdated, or inconsistent information.
  • Complete assignments within established deadlines.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists, and trackers.
  • Process routine administrative requests.
  • Maintain contact lists and administrative logs.
  • Organize shared digital folders and resources.
  • Route documents and information to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with shared inboxes when assigned.
  • Support general clerical and administrative projects.

Records & Document Management

  • Maintain organized electronic records.
  • Upload, label, categorize, and archive documents.
  • Follow established file-naming and storage procedures.
  • Review documents for completeness.
  • Maintain record indexes and tracking logs.
  • Retrieve authorized documents when requested.
  • Organize templates, forms, and reference materials.
  • Protect confidential information.

Data Verification

  • Compare entered information with approved source documents.
  • Perform routine accuracy and completeness checks.
  • Identify incorrect or inconsistent information.
  • Verify record details according to established procedures.
  • Make authorized corrections.
  • Flag unresolved discrepancies for additional review.
  • Help maintain accurate business records.

Task & Workflow Support

  • Track assignments, deadlines, and pending requests.
  • Update workflow and processing trackers.
  • Monitor outstanding administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on assigned action items.
  • Maintain basic activity logs.
  • Compile information for routine reports and summaries.
  • Provide progress updates when requested.

Remote Team Communication
