Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant Paediatrician to a Royal Household in Riyadh, providing continuity paediatric care for the children of the family from a private clinical suite within the residence. The appointment carries clinical leadership of the household s paediatric care developmental surveillance, immunisation governance, acute presentations and the coordination of visiting sub-specialists for a small number of children who will come to know their physician well.

The Mandate

Continuity general paediatric care for the children of the household: developmental surveillance, immunisation governance and the management of acute presentations within the residence. Clinical lead for the household s paediatric and neonatal nurses protocols, escalation pathways and medication governance. Coordination of visiting paediatric sub-specialists, diagnostics and any hospital episode, so that the children s medicine is joined up rather than episodic. Absolute discretion under NDA.

CCT in Paediatrics , or an equivalent European specialist certification (Facharzt f r Kinder- und Jugendmedizin or the equivalent European fellowship), from a Tier-1 UK or European institution. Minimum seven years post-certification consultant-grade practice, including substantive general and acute paediatrics. Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments. Fluent English.
