Angular Frontend Team Lead Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Role We are looking for an experienced Angular Frontend Team Lead to lead our frontend development team in building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Angular expertise with technical leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using Angular and Type Script. Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality and maintainability. Collaborate with backend, QA, Dev Ops, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver business requirements. Drive frontend performance optimization, security, and responsive design. Plan and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Troubleshoot technical issues and support production stability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Angular and Type Script. Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend development teams. Strong knowledge of RxJS, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Experience with Git, code reviews, and frontend testing practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
