- A minimum of (15) years of practical experience in planning major construction projects, preferably in hotel or tourism projects. - Full proficiency in Primavera P6 software (preparing and updating the schedule, critical path analysis). - Experience working with FIDIC contracts and preparing periodic planning reports (weekly/monthly). - Skilled in delay analysis and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims. - Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
