We are a leading engineering consultancy firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing comprehensive engineering solutions and designs. We are looking for a competent Financial Accountant to manage our accounts and the cash flow of our engineering projects with diligence and professionalism.

Requirements and Conditions:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (preferably with experience in engineering consultancy firms or the contracting sector).
• System Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of financial and tax systems in Saudi Arabia and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (such as Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Languages: Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
• Professional Registration: Preferably holding membership with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).

Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and account for project costing and prepare client-specific invoices based on project milestones.
• Prepare and input daily accounting entries, manage bank reconciliations, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare tax declarations and ensure compliance with VAT regulations in accordance with the requirements of ZATCA.
• Prepare periodic financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Calculate employee salaries and entitlements and coordinate with human resources.
• Monitor the collection of receivables and ensure proper cash flow management for the office.
