Key Responsibilities:Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation. Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors. Ensure proposals meet technical specifications, company standards, and compliance requirements. Manage tender clarifications, addenda, and correspondence with clients or consultants. Support management during bid reviews, negotiations, and project handover after award. Maintain and update tender tracking records and cost databases. Contribute to continuous improvement of tendering templates, processes, and proposal quality. Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering (preferred) or any Tendering field or Civil 2–5 years of experience in tendering, and proposal engineering within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects sector in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ preparation, project costing, BOQ, and technical documentation. Capability to prepare and manage tender submissions effectively.
