Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical substation projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar position in substation projects.
• Strong experience in electrical substation construction and installation.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects is mandatory/preferred.
• Good knowledge of SEC requirements, standards, specifications, and site procedures.
• Experience with HV/MV electrical substations.
• Experience coordinating with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills.
• Good command of English.

Preferred

• SEC-approved / SEC-experienced candidates are highly preferred.
• Experience in testing and commissioning coordination.
• Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities for electrical substation projects.
• Coordinate directly with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
• Supervise installation and construction activities related to electrical substations.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate site inspections and obtain necessary approvals from SEC/consultants.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Lead and coordinate site teams to achieve project milestones.
