About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager / Mid-level Laravel Developer to manage our Saa S product roadmap, coordinate technical tasks with our engineering team, conduct quality assurance, and interact directly with clients to gather requirements. In this role, you will bridge management goals with technical execution, handle client-facing communications for feature requests, test release builds, and contribute directly to Laravel backend development when needed. Key Responsibilities Task & Sprint Management: Organize task backlogs, coordinate daily standups with mobile and backend developers, and track delivery milestones using Click Up. Client Communication & Discovery: Act as a technical focal point for client feature requests, gathering functional requirements, and translating client feedback into clear technical specs. QA & Feature Testing: Perform detailed quality assurance and system testing on all new web features and mobile app flavors to ensure zero critical bugs before deployment. Laravel Engineering Support: Contribute to backend feature implementation, REST API integrations, and code updates during high-demand sprints. Qualifications & Skills1 to 3 years of practical experience with Laravel (PHP), relational databases, and RESTful APIs. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations professionally. Strong interest or background in Product Management, Project Management, or Technical Leadership. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Click Up or Jira) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. High attention to detail for testing edge cases, user workflows, and UI/UX validation.
