Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Confidential Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to own and execute the company's marketing and public relations activities, building brand visibility, managing agency partners, and supporting the commercial team with materials that help win and retain enterprise and B2B customers. The role is responsible for managing content creation, social media presence, media relations, event coordination, and sales enablement materials. This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand positioning, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing execution across all channels. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Execution & Content Management Manage day-to-day marketing execution including Linked In content calendar, company announcements, press releases, and event support. Draft public-facing content and route it through the board sign-off process before publishing. Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across all digital and traditional marketing channels. Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces. Ensure zero unauthorized external posts and maintain brand governance at all times. Agency Management & Coordination Act as the internal point of contact for the external marketing agency, briefing them and coordinating deliverables such as white papers, videos, and Linked In assets. Manage agency timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery of all marketing materials. Review and approve agency deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging standards. Coordinate campaign execution with agency partners across digital, print, and event channels. Sales Enablement & Collateral Development Support the sales team with marketing collateral including capability briefs, case studies, sales decks, and proposal graphics. Develop and maintain a library of up-to-date sales enablement materials aligned with pipeline needs. Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor marketing materials accordingly. Create presentation templates, one-pagers, and visual assets to support business development activities. Brand Management & Website Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with brand messaging. Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Develop and enforce brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and tone of voice across all touchpoints. Monitor and manage the company's online presence and digital footprint. Public Relations & Media Manage PR opportunities and media relations to enhance brand visibility and industry positioning. Draft press releases, media statements, and executive communications for public distribution. Build and maintain relationships with industry media, journalists, and press contacts. Monitor media coverage, industry publications, and competitor communications. Coordinate media appearances, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities for senior executives. Event Management & Industry Engagement Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums (e.g., LEAP and similar technology events). Coordinate event logistics including booth design, promotional materials, speaking engagements, and post-event follow-up. Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders. Manage event budgets and measure event ROI. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage and grow the company's Linked In presence and other relevant social media platforms. Track and report on Linked In engagement, follower growth, and content performance against quarterly targets. Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and report on marketing KPIs including content performance, engagement metrics, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards for management review. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve ROI. Monitor board sign-off turnaround time and ensure efficient approval workflows. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferable). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with excellent copywriting and content skills. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.1-3 years of experience in marketing/PR, ideally in B2B, technology, or infrastructure sectors. Fresh graduates with strong writing skills will also be considered. Comfortable briefing and managing external marketing agencies. Proficient with Linked In and social media management tools. Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation. Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
