ينفّذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإجراءاتها وإرشاداتها للموظف وسلامة القسم. إنشاء تقارير الحوادث وإجراء عمليات التفتيش لضمان الامتثال في جميع مجالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. يتفاعل مع موظفي الخدمات والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والجهات التنظيمية للبحث وتفسير المعايير والرموز واللوائح. يحدد المستلزمات ويرتب تدقيقات الممتلكات التي يشغلها الشركة. يبقى على اطلاع بالمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير التدقيق. يساعد في تطوير وتنفيذ الأنظمة والمعايير لتسهيل التوثيق وتحليل إحصاءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. تحت إشراف عام، يحل مشكلات معقدة تتطلب معرفة تفصيلية بممارسات المجال والصناعة. يستخدم الخبرة ومهارات حل المشكلات لتطوير وتحسين العمليات. قد يقدم توجيهًا لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة. المهارات المطلوبة لهذه الوظيفة عادة ما تكتسب من خلال إتمام درجة جامعية وتوافر خبرة 5+ سنوات.

Job description
Title:
Sr. Specialist, HSE
Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department safety. Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE. Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations. Determines requisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties. Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards. Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience.
