About Front End Limited Company and the Role
Front End Limited Company is seeking dedicated Technicians (National) to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to our national workforce development pathway, actively supporting Saudization and the objectives of Vision 2030. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview
The Technician (National) performs skilled maintenance tasks on onshore production equipment. Working under the direct supervision of Senior Technicians and Supervisors, this position offers a clear development trajectory towards senior trade roles within the company, fostering professional growth for Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant equipment and piping systems.
- Assist in the dismantling, repair, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components and fittings.
- Carry out routine checks, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments in accordance with established maintenance schedules.
- Adhere strictly to Work Permit requirements, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) rules at all times, promptly reporting any hazards or near misses.
- Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition, ensuring materials are returned and task records are completed accurately.
- Drive between site locations as required to support work execution.
- Actively participate in training and competency development programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
- A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Exposure to industrial or oil & gas maintenance environments is preferred.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, involving hands-on maintenance work on onshore production equipment. The role requires mobility between various site locations as operational needs dictate.
