The Role of Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Al Qassim. This full-time role is integral to the Infrastructure Projects & Business Smart Transformation Governance Program, focusing on the financial and commercial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will undertake a range of responsibilities crucial for the successful execution and financial oversight of infrastructure projects. These include:

• Performing accurate quantity take-offs for various project elements.
• Developing comprehensive cost estimations to inform project budgets and financial planning.
• Providing essential support for commercial management activities across all assigned infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must demonstrate a strong professional background in quantity surveying. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field, particularly within infrastructure projects, is required for this position.
