Job Summary:

Freight forwarding Officer /Senior officer Location - King Abdullah Economic city (KAEC), Jeddah Department Freight Forwarding / Logistics Reporting To Freight Forwarding Assistant Manager Employment Type Full Time

• Key Responsibilities
  Shipper Performance Monitoring
  · Track and evaluate performance of shippers in India, Korea, and China
  · Ensure shipments are dispatched and delivered according to schedule
  · Identify delays, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement
  Shipment Tracking & Coordination
  · Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments
  · Ensure timely updates on shipment status to internal teams
  · Coordinate with vendors, operations, and management for smooth shipment flow
  Reporting & Documentation
  · Prepare performance reports on shippers for management
  · Maintain all shipping documents, invoices, and shipment records
  · Assist in audits and internal reviews related to inbound shipments
  Compliance & Coordination
  · Ensure shipments comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  · Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding shipment issues or delays
  · Support continuous improvement initiatives in inbound freight operations
   

• Qualifications & Experience
• · Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• · 2–4 year’s experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
• · Experience with import shipments and shipper management
• · Knowledge of shipping documentation and trade compliance
