The company's Digital Crime Resistance Centers (DCRCs) operate across the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and Asia-Pacific to critically analyze and promptly mitigate regional and country-specific threats. We are seeking a Manager Unified Cybersecurity Services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Manager Unified Cybersecurity Services will apply strong consulting, business, and leadership skills within the cybersecurity domain. This role involves supporting business development teams, enhancing Group-IB's cybersecurity services brand awareness, driving thought leadership, and generating demand for service engagements. The successful candidate will lead service projects under tight deadlines, develop customer journey maps, and manage service delivery across a diverse range of cybersecurity practices, including cyber defense consulting, training, digital forensics and incident response, and red teaming.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and support sales efforts across the cybersecurity services portfolio.
• Process incoming requests and develop tailored customer-specific solutions.
• Oversee service delivery management, including project supervision, validating deliverables, and presenting executive summaries to customers.
• Manage post-engagement follow-ups and design customer-specific journey maps.
• Facilitate and coordinate complex project opportunities involving multiple service practices.
• Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of long-term and national-level cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop C-suite content and cybersecurity thought leadership, representing the organization at relevant regional events.
• Contribute to the skills development of cybersecurity service practices team members and improve service delivery methodology.
• Introduce technical and intellectual innovations to cybersecurity services practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant cybersecurity role.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate key meetings or events.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities with adaptable communication styles.
