Nationality: Saudi National – Mandatory What You’ll Be Doing As a Product Manager at United Delta, you will:Own and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog. Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements. Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria. Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and delivery capacity. Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and other delivery teams. Participate in discovery workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and agreed acceptance criteria. Manage stakeholder expectations around product priorities, scope, and delivery. Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and relevant KPIs. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience. What We’re Looking For Saudi National – mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting. Experience working on enterprise digital products, applications, platforms, or e-services. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools. Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams. Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.⭐ Nice to Have Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs in Saudi Arabia, particularly within government, financial services, or large enterprise environments, would be highly advantageous. Experience with digital platforms, low-code technologies, workflow automation, APIs & integration, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions is also a plus. Why United Delta?
