Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role located in Jeddah. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, including scanning items, processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash, card, and digital payment methods. Daily tasks include balancing the cash drawer, ensuring accurate pricing, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The role involves greeting customers, answering basic product and pricing questions, and resolving minor transaction issues in a professional manner. The Cashier also supports other store operations when needed, such as assisting with packing, coordinating with colleagues, and following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Ability to handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and responsibly. At Least 5 Years Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage but not required. Comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems and willingness to learn new retail technologies. Strong customer service skills, including clear communication and a polite, professional attitude. Basic numeracy and attention to detail for counting, recording, and reconciling daily sales.
