HR Operations Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Confidential
A well-funded, fast-growing organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Operations Manager to build and lead its people operations function as the company scales its international workforce.
What You'll Do•⁠ ⁠Own full HR operations: contracts, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee lifecycle•⁠ ⁠Manage immigration and global mobility — work permits, visas, and employee transfers•⁠ ⁠Drive Saudization compliance and localization programs•⁠ ⁠Manage vendor relationships including immigration services, government relations, and HR technology•⁠ ⁠Implement HRIS and process automation•⁠ ⁠Build scalable operations to support rapid headcount growth
What We're Looking For•⁠ ⁠7+ years in HR Operations or People Operations•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa processing, and government relations•⁠ ⁠Experience managing immigration and mobility for international teams•⁠ ⁠Vendor and procurement management experience•⁠ ⁠HRIS implementation experience•⁠ ⁠Based in or relocating to Riyadh
