We are currently seeking an experienced CS Core Engineer to join a major telecommunications project in Saudi Arabia on a 12-month contract. You will provide second-line technical authority support across the transmission domain, ensuring network stability, operational excellence and timely restoration of services across critical telecom infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide second-line technical authority support. Troubleshoot transmission, routing and switching issues. Support node acceptance and configuration management. Perform software maintenance and problem management. Handle outages and service degradation. Support audit activities and reporting. Coordinate with customer, vendor and engineering teams. Guide First Line teams during troubleshooting.
