What This Role Is About Our client, a large FMCG organisation, is looking for an FP&A Director, based in Jeddah, to lead financial planning and performance management across the business.
This role will be responsible for driving the FP&A agenda, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong alignment between financial targets and business performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to set financial targets, review business performance, and support key investment decisions. You will also play a key role in strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and business review processes.

12+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles Strong FP&A experience within FMCGProven experience in financial performance management Strong experience in AOP, forecasting, and business reviews Experience in Capex reviews and investment analysis Proven experience in target setting and performance tracking Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and translate financial insights into business decisions Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
