We are looking for a Saudi Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and ITSM environments, with a strong focus on service availability, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance and improve service quality. Manage firewalls and security appliances, including associated licenses such as Palo Alto. Track and manage software and hardware license renewals. Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures. Provide infrastructure-level support to the Service Desk team. Manage infrastructure tickets through ITSM systems such as Manage Engine, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. Prepare technical reports covering infrastructure performance and KPIs. Apply cybersecurity standards and internal security policies. Participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed timelines/KPIs.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience covering networks, servers, and security systems. Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Manage Engine. Previous experience in managed services contracts or the government sector is preferred. Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and practices. Saudi National.
Preferred Certifications CCNA / CCNP, PCNSE (Palo Alto), Comp TIA Network+ / Security+, MCSA / MCSE, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
