Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with proven experience in implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable and high-performing Dynamics CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional and technical solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on business processes. Design and implement CRM workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles. Develop and support Dynamics 365 integrations with internal and external applications. Work with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. Develop or oversee customizations using Java Script, C#, . NET, and Dynamics 365 APIs where required. Participate in CRM implementation, migration, upgrade, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolution. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Prepare technical/functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities. Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience7–10 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization. Good understanding of CRM modules, processes, workflows, security, and data management. Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration concepts and APIs. Experience with Java Script, C#, . NET, and CRM customization is highly desirable. Experience working with Power Automate and Power Apps. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications. Experience working on large-scale CRM transformation or implementation projects. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience working with enterprise clients or large transformation programs.
