Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering

King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) is seeking qualified Saudi candidates for a full-time Lecturer position in Mechanical Engineering. This role is based in Dhahran within the Department of Mechanical Engineering and is open to individuals holding a Master's degree.

Key Responsibilities

The Lecturer will be expected to commit approximately 35-40 hours per week to professional duties. Core responsibilities include:

• Delivering instruction and teaching courses within the Mechanical Engineering curriculum.
• Conducting research and contributing to scholarly output.
• Providing academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Performing administrative duties as assigned by the department.
• Undertaking any other academic duties deemed necessary by the academic department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• An earned Master’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field of Mechanical Engineering.
• Completion of a full-time Master’s degree program with very good academic grades.
• Possession of a certificate equivalency if the degree was obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
