Role Description This is a full-time Corporate Lawyer role based in Riyadh, offered on a hybrid basis with some flexibility for work from home. The Corporate Lawyer will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and project agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal governance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on corporate structuring, regulatory matters, and risk management related to large-scale infrastructure and automation projects. The role will support cross-functional teams on tenders, joint ventures, and partnerships, handle legal documentation for transactions, and assist in managing disputes and external legal counsel. The Corporate Lawyer will also contribute to developing internal policies, training team members on legal and compliance topics, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant Saudi and international regulations.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to infrastructure, construction, technology, or engineering projects. Experience in risk assessment, dispute management, and coordination with external legal advisors. Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear guidance for business and technical stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Comfort working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction preferred. Prior in-house or law firm experience supporting large infrastructure, construction, or technology projects is an advantage. High ethical standards, sound judgment, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
