Riad Food Service Company announces its need to hire a Waiter to join its team in the city of Jazan. This role represents an opportunity for experienced candidates ranging from 0 to 1 year to work full-time in a dynamic customer service environment oriented toward delivering a standout guest experience.

Role Summary

The waiter's role includes direct interaction with customers to ensure they receive excellent service. This includes greeting them, presenting menus and beverages, and clearly answering their inquiries. The waiter also handles setting up, arranging, and cleaning tables, as well as processing bills and receiving payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting guests and providing them with food and beverage menus.
• Taking customer orders accurately and serving food and drinks efficiently.
• Answering customer inquiries and advising on available food and beverage options.
• Preparing, arranging, and cleaning tables before and after guest use.
• Setting up table contents of dishes and utensils and returning them to their designated places.
• Presenting checks to guests and receiving and recording cash payments, as well as using POS machines.
• Handling initial customer complaints and escalating to the complaints officer as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a customer service or hospitality-related field.

Job Details

This position is available on a full-time basis in the city of Jazan. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications after the interview, as the salary is not disclosed at this stage.
