About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join its team in Hail, Hail Province. This full-time position involves accurately dispensing medications and providing essential, personalized care and advice to patients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients achieve the best possible outcomes from their treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription medications accurately, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage medication treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and facilitate prescription adjustments as necessary, in coordination with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for both staff and patients on medication safety and general wellness practices.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continuously enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of an active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience, with experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
