The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design process from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. The role focuses on creating innovative architectural solutions, conducting technical studies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and producing high-quality visual presentations for residential, commercial, office.
Key Responsibilities:Study and develop architectural design concepts and innovative solutions. Prepare architectural studies, site analysis, and regulatory reviews. Develop projects from initial concept through final construction drawings. Create high-quality 3D models and interior/exterior renderings. Prepare architectural presentation boards and marketing materials. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is an advantage). Professional registration or relevant certifications are preferred. Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project development. Proven experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality. Required Skills:Strong ability to develop architectural concepts and creative design solutions. Extensive experience in architectural studies and preparation of architectural drawings. Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and Riyadh Municipality regulations. Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in:Revit Auto CADSketch Up3ds Max Lumion Enscape Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign (Preferred) Microsoft Office Suite
