Job Details

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding. Ensure a seamless process for all new employees, from orientation to integration into the company culture.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing HR guidance. Foster a positive workplace environment and maintain employee satisfaction.

  • HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labour laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle all documentation related to employment contracts, leaves, and benefits.

  • Payroll & Benefits Management: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.

  • HR Systems Management: Proficiently manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR operations. Experience with systems like SAP, QIWA, GOSI, MUQEEM.

  • Temporary administrative work assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred for advanced positions.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a dynamic work environment, showcasing a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable, reflecting commitment to the field and ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare) is advantageous, providing contextual understanding of sector-specific HR challenges.
