The Role: Senior Commercial Manager – Fit Out

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager – Fit Out to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's largest development programmes. This part-time position is based in Riyadh. The project is a major mixed-use development, incorporating sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts complexes, and extensive associated infrastructure. As a key delivery partner, Mace Group requires high-calibre professionals to lead integrated teams throughout the project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of a designated workstream from procurement through final account.
• Review procurement strategies, tender documentation, and package recommendations.
• Provide commercial oversight of contractor procurement activities.
• Assess commercial risks, value engineering opportunities, and scope gaps.
• Manage contract administration support and commercial governance.
• Review variations, change control, and commercial reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement across client, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure robust cost management, forecasting, and final account settlement.
• Mentor and support commercial managers within the wider team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must demonstrate extensive experience in fit out and interior finishes, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects. Specific requirements include:

• Proven experience in delivering hospitality, premium residential, entertainment, sports venue, or large-scale commercial fit out packages.
• Expertise covering the full project lifecycle, from procurement to close-out.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
