Job Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements. The role manages recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance, while contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as job evaluation, grading, salary benchmarking, and process improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong operational HR expertise with a proactive approach to enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description preparation, candidate coordination, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.● Administer employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.● Support payroll preparation, compensation administration, and employee benefits processes.● Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and practices.● Manage HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant systems.● Support HR audits by maintaining compliant employee records and preparing required documentation.● Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing HR system enhancements.● Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution initiatives.● Participate in strategic HR activities, including salary benchmarking, job grading, job classification, and organizational structure updates.● Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses using Microsoft Excel and HR systems.● Support performance management, policy development, and other HR initiatives as assigned.● Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency using technical tools and streamlining processes● Support with standardization efforts by designing appropriate workflows for digital requests
Job Requirements● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.● Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job description development through employee onboarding.● Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulatory requirements.● Experience working with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government HR platforms.● Experience with ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, or HR module administration.● Solid understanding of payroll processes, compensation, and HR operations.● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.● Exposure to strategic HR functions, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, and job classification.● Experience in HR compliance, internal audits, employee relations, and conflict resolution.● Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.● Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, PHRi, or SHRM-CP are preferred
