We are seeking an experienced Cards Product Management Specialist -Co-Branded to lead the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of consumer card products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer value propositions, improving profitability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative payment solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and enhancement of credit, debit, prepaid, and partnership-based card products. Define and refine customer value propositions, product features, pricing strategies, and portfolio growth plans. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and launch through optimization and performance management. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to support product innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders. Ensure alignment of partnership objectives with overall business goals. Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, operations, compliance, legal, technology, and analytics. Act as a central point of coordination for product initiatives and business programs. Support the successful rollout of new products, features, and enhancements. Develop go-to-market plans and commercialization strategies. Provide product training, sales enablement materials, and support to internal teams. Monitor product adoption and recommend improvements to maximize performance. Design initiatives that increase customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and spend. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and customer communication plans. Prepare business cases and performance assessments for new initiatives. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. Monitor portfolio performance using key business metrics and dashboards. Analyze customer behavior, profitability, revenue growth, and usage trends. Recommend strategies to improve portfolio performance, customer retention, and overall profitability. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support implementation of regulatory updates impacting card products and processes. Work closely with operations and technology teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer experience. Assist in resolving product-related operational challenges and process improvements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Cards Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Payment. Proven track record of launching and managing consumer card products. Strong understanding of card economics, profitability drivers, portfolio analytics, and key performance metrics. Experience developing customer value propositions and growth strategies. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing payment (SAMA) and card products. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Experience Experience managing co-branded, affinity, or partnership-based card programs. Exposure to digital payments, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives. Experience working within banking, financial services, or payments environments.
