We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across staff and branch banking platforms. This role focuses on modernizing systems, enhancing user experience, and driving operational efficiency through scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver large-scale banking platform transformation programs Define program roadmap, scope, timelines, and execution strategy Branch Applications Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to implement modernization initiatives Oversee system implementations, enhancements, and digital solutions Manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations Ensure integration with core banking and enterprise systems Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives Track performance using KPIs and report to senior leadership Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards Requirements:Proven program management experience in banking or financial services Strong understanding of banking platforms and core systems Experience in digital transformation and enterprise-scale programs Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
