JOB PURPOSE:Execute electrical switching activities to ensure the optimum reliability, availability and technical integrity of electrical switching system in refinery and causeway. Comply with operation requirements and safety standards. Custodian for all electrical substations and FARs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Execute all of LV & HV (Up to 115 KV) electrical system isolation & De-isolation activities as per plan and arranged properly. Provide full support for routine & urgent switching or isolation/de-isolation and keep the Lead ESO updated. Monitor all electrical substations and FARs to ensure equipment’s integrity and reliability. Review and update switching plan and isolation / De-isolation procedures whenever required to insure there is no mistakes might occur during switching and keep update the ESO lead engineer. Contribute to generation and implantation the daily plan for switching & isolation / De-isolation. Confirm all activities are reflecting in sap under ESO work centre. Support the investigation team for any failure occur in electrical switchgears & feeders. Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner. Control the access for all electrical substations and FARs to ensure no one can enter without signed PTW issued by Lead ESOConfirm all people entering are wearing proper PPE (12 Cal suit before entering electrical switching room). Create technical report whenever required for critical switching wasn’t able to be done easily because of technical issue also to capture all learning lessons. Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others. Adhere strictly to all IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions - thus preventing potential WPS and PSM incidents at all times. Always comply with the SASREF HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles and 8 Life Saving Rules.

CYBERSECURITY:Description:Maintain SASREF’s cybersecurity by implementing security best practices. Adhere strictly to all cybersecurity requirements while dealing with SASREF’s assets and data Comply always with SASREF’s information security policies. Performance Indicators: Reporting all suspicious emails including the phishing tests.0 Failure to the phishing campaign tests.100% Completion of the assigned cybersecurity awareness courses.0 Cybersecurity violation or negative behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Diploma degree in Electrical or equivalent Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Job Nature: Restricted area with day working schedule.
