Department Maintenance Section Maintenance Role Certifying Engineer Reporting to Maintenance Director
Role aim To ensure that all line and base maintenance actions are accomplished as per regulation and Company procedures during the available ground time and ensuring that TRSASC quality andsafety standards are maintained at the highest level.

Recruitment and Criteria Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License acceptable to KSA GACA. Minimum of 4 years’ experience on aircraft type operated by TRSASC (C208/C208B). Excellent technical knowledge, experience, and skills of aircraft systems and TRSASCaircraft type fleet. Ability to perform all maintenance is in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions,airworthiness data or approved data, and that all maintenance records are completed toreflect the referred maintenance as accurately as possible. Ability to review technical data (MM, ADs SBs etc.) and make judgement on applicabilityand compliance requirements for TRSASC fleet. Familiar with Aviation Regulation. (GACA). Ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained on the TRSASC fleet. Contribute to the TRSASC SMS through active occurrence reporting and, performanceindictor commitment with continuous improvements and risk mitigation as measurableoutputs. Excellent command of the English language and understanding technical documents. Arabic language will be an advantage. Excellent attention to quality and detail. Excellent communication and general IT skills. Experience in leading teams, directing workflows and task. Self-motivated.
Performance Objectives Certifying Engineer – Core Duty Ensure TRSASC Fleet remains safe and airworthy at all times Maintain up to date all airworthy related documents and records Actively participate in the continuous improvement of TRSASC systems, procedures, and processes Drive and develop continuous improvements in airworthiness and safety Represent TRSASC,Ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained on the TRSASC fleet. The supervision, inspection and certification of work carried out by themselves and persons under their control, within the limits of their authorization as issued by the Director Quality & Safety. Ensuring that all aspects of their duties comply with GACA requirements and TRSASC company procedures. Ensuring that all maintenance carried out is documented correctly referring to the relevant maintenance data and that all maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion. Daily monitoring of the aircraft technical logs, Out of Phase tasks, acceptable deferred defects levels and repetitive defects. To establish that the correct parts have been ordered against ADD's and to establish target dates for receipt and to be proactive in keeping defects to a minimum.
