We’re hiring a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a local FMCG business in Jeddah as part of a Saudisation initiative. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales + Marketing, helping drive visibility, availability, and growth through trade activations, exhibitions, POSM, and performance tracking. This opportunity is open to Saudis only. What you’ll be doing (day to day) Support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across retail and wholesale channels Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions (booth setup, logistics, registration, materials, on-ground support) Work with marketing to build trade campaigns that align with brand objectives and sales priorities Manage POSM and promotional materials (briefing, production, deployment, tracking) Conduct market research and audits: competitor activity, pricing, visibility, consumer insights Track performance: sales uplift, market share movement, campaign ROI, and create monthly updates Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, suppliers, and agencies Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly expense tracking for trade activities What we’re looking for Saudis (Saudisation requirement)7+ years in Trade Marketing and/or Sales within FMCGStrong understanding of trade marketing fundamentals: promotions, visibility, execution, and measurement Confident with data and reporting you can turn numbers into clear actions Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple activities at once Strong communication skills (you can work smoothly with sales teams, agencies, and partners) Fluent in Arabic and English Comfortable travelling for events/exhibitions when needed Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel especially) Why this role is worth a look High exposure role with real ownership of execution Strong cross-functional work (Sales, Marketing, agencies, partners) FMCG environment = fast pace, clear results, and visible impact
