Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior ICT professional, based in Dammam. The Senior ICT professional will oversee and manage the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the seamless implementation and maintenance of communication systems, software, and hardware. The role involves identifying and solving complex technical issues, optimizing IT operations, implementing IT security measures, and driving digital transformation efforts to support organizational goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in network administration, database management, and systems integration Strong knowledge of IT security, risk analysis, and compliance standards Experience in hardware troubleshooting, software development, and overseeing technology projects Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide effective ICT solutions to support business operations Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively, mentor junior staff, and make strategic IT decisions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or PMP are a plus Familiarity with construction industry technologies and software systems is an advantage
