Job Purpose:
Ensure effective Quality Assurance & Quality Control for refinery assets and system maintenance, adding value to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and asset integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering approved by Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of assets within Oil & Gas / Refinery sector. Strong knowledge of equipment reliability. Understanding of project life cycle is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and derive QA/QC programs for machinery and systems. Assure implementation of QA/QC during maintenance activities. Perform technical evaluation of MOC and procurement proposals. Conduct MIQA internal audits. Review asset criticality ranking of refinery equipment. Provide QA/QC support to small and medium refinery projects. Coordinate with Warehouse for functional verification of incoming materials.
