Job Purpose:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support refinery Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems reliability and integrity. The role focuses on maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, and safe operation in line with Saudi Aramco standards and company requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Refinery sector (maintenance-focused). Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance in industrial environments. Exposure to project execution environments is an advantage. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, develop, and optimize E&I equipment maintenance strategies based on OEM and performance requirements. Analyze current and historical equipment data to improve reliability and availability. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Support project activities including design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and energization. Ensure accurate and up-to-date E&I documentation, procedures, and specifications. Liaise between Maintenance and Projects teams during MOC and execution phases. Review spare parts strategies and maintenance job plans. Support contractors and vendors in compliance with safety and company standards.
