Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation across large-scale finishing and fit-out projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with proven expertise delivering high-end interior finishing works within the GCC region. This role requires strategic oversight of BIM processes, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring BIM compliance throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead BIM execution and management for large-scale finishing and fit-out projects. Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Coordinate BIM activities between design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Ensure accurate production and management of BIM models (LOD requirements) aligned with project scope and timelines. Monitor clash detection processes and resolve coordination issues across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Support site teams with BIM-driven solutions for constructability and sequencing of finishing works. Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with client and regulatory BIM requirements in KSA. Provide training and mentorship to BIM coordinators and modeling teams. Prepare BIM reports, progress updates, and deliverables for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of BIM experience delivering large-scale projects in the GCC. Strong specialization in Finishing, Interior Fit-Out, and High-End Architectural Works. Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating complex project environments. Advanced knowledge of BIM tools and platforms such as:Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 / ACCAuto CAD and related coordination software
