Role Overview The Digital & Offline Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing efforts for ART Haifa Fertility Clinics in Al Khobar, Dammam. The role involves managing patient acquisition campaigns, strengthening brand visibility across channels, and ensuring consistent communication of the clinic’s scientific and empathetic brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to achieve patient acquisition and brand growth targets. Digital Marketing: Manage campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and clinic websites, ensuring performance-based optimization. Offline Marketing: Plan and execute local activations, health awareness events, partnerships. Content & Brand Management: Oversee content creation (Arabic and English) for digital platforms, outdoor campaigns, and patient education materials, ensuring alignment with brand tone. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, produce monthly reports of leads& consultations, and suggest data-driven improvements. Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage external agencies, media vendors, and creative partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient campaign delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the central marketing in the UAE and clinical teams to maintain consistency in messaging and patient experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and offline marketing; prior experience in healthcare or fertility sector preferred. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and performance analytics. Proven skills in campaign execution, content development, and brand management. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital ad platforms.
