Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager with a strong hospitality background to manage all mechanical engineering aspects of hotel, serviced apartment, mixed-use, and lifestyle developments within the master plan. The role will ensure that all mechanical systems are designed, coordinated, installed, tested, and commissioned to meet international hospitality standards, local regulations, and quality and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities Mechanical Engineering Leadership (Hospitality-Focused) Lead mechanical engineering scope for hospitality assets including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and mixed-use developments. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, gas, kitchen exhaust, laundry, and specialty hospitality systems. Ensure systems meet hotel brand standards, guest comfort expectations, and operational efficiency requirements.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.12–18+ years of experience in mechanical engineering on large-scale developments. Strong background in hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments. Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local codes and approvals.
