Role Purpose The Store Representative is the front-line brand ambassador of Milano International. This role is responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, presenting Milano’s premium solutions, and ensuring a refined showroom experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. This is not a basic sales role — it requires professionalism, confidence, and an understanding of premium clients.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional, luxury-standard manner Understand client requirements related to kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and interior solutions Present Milano’s products, materials, finishes, and design philosophy clearly and confidently Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) to ensure smooth client follow-up Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display standards Record and update client details accurately in CRM or internal systems Support the sales team in lead handling, quotation follow-ups, and appointment scheduling Ensure every client interaction reflects Milano’s premium brand image
Required Experience2–5 years of experience in one of the following Luxury retail Interior design showrooms Kitchens/furniture/home décor Real estate or premium client-facing roles
