Position: Chief People & Culture Officer Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position Overview We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to serve as a key member of our executive leadership team. This role is the architect of our human capital strategy and the guardian of our company culture. The CPCO will move beyond traditional HR functions to design and implement programs that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO and other leaders, ensuring that our people strategies are directly aligned with and accelerate our business objectives. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership:Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters, organizational development, and company culture. Develop and execute a multi-year people strategy that supports the company's vision, growth plans, and financial goals. Translate business challenges into people and organizational solutions. Provide insightful data and analytics on people metrics to guide decision-making at the board and executive level.2. Culture & Employee Experience:Champion and evolve our company culture, ensuring our values are lived and breathed at all levels of the organization. Design and own the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to career development and offboarding. Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging and can thrive. Lead initiatives to continuously measure and improve employee engagement, morale, and well-being.3. Talent Acquisition & Management:Oversee a world-class talent acquisition function to attract and hire exceptional and diverse talent. Design and implement robust talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Create career pathing and growth frameworks that enable internal mobility and employee development.4. Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD):Identify current and future skill gaps and build scalable learning and development programs to address them. Design leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives to support company evolution.5. Total Rewards & Operations:Oversee the design and management of competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. Ensure HR operations, systems, and policies are efficient, scalable, and provide an excellent employee service experience. Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.6. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB):Develop and drive the company's DEIB strategy, setting clear goals and metrics for accountability. Embed DEIB principles into all people processes, from hiring and promotions to performance reviews. Qualifications & Experience15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an executive-level role (e.g., CPO, VP of HR, Head of People). Proven experience as a strategic business partner to a CEO and executive team in a high-growth or complex environment. Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies that have directly impacted business outcomes (e.g., improved retention, increased productivity, supported scaling). Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, and employee engagement. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, HR technology, and legal compliance.
