About the Role6clicks is seeking a highly driven Growth Specialist and Regional Sales Lead to help grow our customer base in the Middle East region. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role will focus on driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and establishing 6clicks as a market leader in the region. This position will manage enterprise and channel sales representatives for the Middle East region as the team scales.
What You Will DoThe Growth Specialist and Regional Sales Lead will lead efforts to sell to mid-market and enterprise customers via resellers & system integrators in collaboration with our Channel management team. This role combines individual contributor sales excellence with regional leadership responsibilities, including market development, partner ecosystem cultivation, team management, and representing 6clicks at regional events and with key stakeholders. Candidates will need a proven track record of success in their previous roles and will work cross-functionally both within 6clicks and with partners.
Responsibilities include:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive pipeline management and closing deals. Serve as the regional sales lead for the Middle East, developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage, coach, and develop enterprise and channel sales representatives in the region, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing mentorship. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the Middle East region. Represent 6clicks at regional conferences, industry events, and customer meetings to drive brand awareness and demand generation. Strategically develop a territory plan for a targeted list of accounts or personas in Hub Spot leveraging best-in-class sales technology for outbound lead generation. Provide regional market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development, go-to-market strategy, and pricing decisions. Generating new business pipelines through inbound lead follow-up and cold prospecting through partner collaborations, social communication, Linked In lead generation campaigns, Lemlist, email, and phone calls. Identify and engage with potential customers through the full lifecycle of an opportunity including qualification/discovery, initial demo, deep dive demos (in partnership with a Pre-Sales Consultant), building relationships within an organisation, proposal, negotiation and close. Work with our Channel team to identify and collaborate with the right partners to manage the deal process and help cultivate new strategic partnerships in the Middle East. Coordinate with regional partners and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on regional initiatives. Work closely with marketing, customer success, and the product engineering teams to improve customer acquisition and smooth onboarding. Manage your pipeline in Hub Spot with accurate updates and provide timely and accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts. Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions with regional sales team members. Provide regular updates on regional sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to leadership. Other KPIs tracked for this role include close:win ratio, deal velocity, pipeline hygiene, and other standard sales metrics.
Requirements include:Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required10+ years of Saa S new business sales experience, preferably selling to "C" level Cyber decision makers, such as the CIO, CISO, or Head of Information Security Previous experience working for a Security or GRC Saa S vendor Demonstrated experience in regional sales leadership or market development, particularly in the Middle East Experience managing and developing sales teams, with a track record of building high-performing sales organizations Deep understanding of the Middle East business culture, regulatory environment, and GRC landscape Familiarity working with channel partners to resell software Experience with a recognized sales methodology such as SPICED, MEDDPIC, Challenger etc. Reputation for success in consultative sales environments and putting the customer first Successful track record as an individual contributor who can "walk the walk" not just "talk the talk"Strong technical aptitude & computer skills – including Hub Spot, Lemlist, Linked In, Word, Excel & Power Point, amongst others. Experienced with independently running qualification calls and delivering your own initial demos Strong negotiation skills to work with a customer from the initial call to close Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and represent the company at high-profile events Strong work ethic, can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally within the organization. Good time management skills to be focused and effective in a home-based environment Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed
