Company Description A leading medical company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in surgical product lines, is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support its Sales Team and Regional Sales Manager within government hospital accounts. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Clinical Application Specialist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Provide day-to-day clinical and application support to the sales team and Regional Sales Manager.- Assist in driving product consumption and utilization across assigned government hospital accounts.- Support in-service training for nursing staff and procurement teams on correct product setup and usage.- Assist in the operation room during surgical procedures, when required, under supervision.- Communicate product updates and usage guidelines to healthcare professionals.- Support sales activities by ensuring proper clinical application of surgical products.- Maintain strong working relationships with OR nurses, technicians, and procurement staff.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and follow-up in accounts.
Qualifications - Saudi Nationality is a must. - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Medical Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field. - Experience working in an Operation Room (OR) as: A nurse, OR Assistant, OR coordinator, assisting staff involved in surgical procedures. - Exposure to surgical or medical devices/products is an advantage. - Basic understanding of OR protocols and sterile techniques. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to work across government hospitals and travel within the REACT region, if required. - Eager to learn, train, and grow within the medical devices and surgical products field. - Team-oriented with the ability to support sales and clinical teams.
