Job Description:Core Responsibilities:Procurement & Supplier Management: • Assist in managing procurement processes for raw materials, components, and finished goods. • Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. • Issue purchase orders (POs), track delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with quality and commercial terms. • Coordinate with finance for timely supplier payments and resolve any billing discrepancies. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability without overstocking. • Assist in managing warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. • Generate inventory reports and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy. • Coordinate with production and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock accordingly. Logistics & Shipment Coordination: • Organize and follow up on inbound and outbound shipments (sea, air, and land). • Ensure timely customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with local import/export regulations. • Handle transportation logistics to ensure timely deliveries to customers and project sites. System & Reporting: • Maintain accurate records in the ERP or inventory management system. • Analyze supply chain data to identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements. • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on supply status, costs, and KPIs.
Core Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and logistics. • Familiarity with Saudi import/export regulations and customs procedures. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
