About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic English Language Instructor (Head) who will lead our English training programs while also supporting student admission counselling. This role combines academic leadership, teaching excellence, and student-facing counselling responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both instruction and guidance. Key Responsibilities Academic & Training Leadership Lead, plan, and oversee English language training programs (IELTS / Spoken English / Academic English / Professional Communication, as applicable). Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment frameworks. Mentor, guide, and monitor English faculty to maintain teaching quality and consistency. Conduct demo sessions, workshops, and advanced training modules when required. Ensure academic standards, student progress tracking, and performance reporting. Teaching Responsibilities Deliver high-quality English language instruction across relevant levels. Conduct evaluations, mock tests, and feedback sessions for students. Address individual learning needs and provide personalized academic support. Admission Counselling & Student Engagement Counsel prospective students regarding courses, learning pathways, and outcomes. Conduct academic profiling and guide students toward suitable programs. Support the admissions team with walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Build strong rapport with students and parents, addressing academic concerns clearly and professionally. Administrative & Coordination Coordinate with management, admissions, and operations teams. Maintain academic records, attendance, reports, and feedback documentation. Support institutional events, orientations, and outreach activities when required.
