Job Summary You are a key ambassador of Clinique La Prairie, responsible for overseeing and developing all Food & Beverage operations in alignment with our longevity philosophy, medical and nutritional standards, and luxury service culture. As Food & Beverage Manager, you lead the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, team engagement and an exceptional guest experience. You work closely with Medical, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Operations and Sales teams to ensure a coherent and holistic guest journey. As a leader, you play a critical role in both day-to-day operations and short- and long-term strategic planning, fostering a culture of care, precision, excellence and continuous improvement. Mission The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for guaranteeing operational excellence, service consistency, and financial performance across all F&B outlets, while ensuring full alignment with Clinique La Prairie’s medical, nutritional, and luxury hospitality standards. This role ensures that food and beverage services support both guest pleasure and patient health requirements, in close collaboration with medical, nutrition, and culinary teams.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Brand Representation Always demonstrate a strong guest focus and genuine appreciation for the guest experience Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Clinique La Prairie’s values, longevity philosophy and luxury service standards Ensure all F&B services are aligned with medical, nutritional and longevity guidelines Develop meaningful and loyal guest relationships through personalized service Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints with professionalism, discretion and empathy Ensure the highest levels of privacy, confidentiality and attention to detail Operations Management Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets Ensure all outlets operate according to Clinique La Prairie standards, concepts and quality guidelines Actively participate in operations when required to support service flow and guest satisfaction Ensure accurate administration of reservations, billing, reporting and operational data Liaise promptly with Engineering, Housekeeping and other departments to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety and food regulations Leadership & Team Management Build, lead and develop a strong Food & Beverage team Create and maintain a culture of service excellence, accountability and teamwork Ensure proper onboarding, training and continuous development of team members Promote respectful, transparent and effective communication across teams Conduct performance reviews and support talent development and succession planning Ensure fair, consistent and compliant people management practices Financial & Performance Management Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, KPIs and P&L performance Monitor costs, productivity and profitability and implement corrective actions when needed Contribute to revenue growth through upselling strategies and optimized product offerings Supervise purchase orders, suppliers and stock management Ensure accurate payroll inputs and adherence to internal processes and timelines Strategic Contribution Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning of the F&B offering Monitor market trends, guest expectations and competitive benchmarks Continuously improve menus, concepts and service models in line with CLP positioning Collaborate closely with Nutrition, Medical and Wellbeing teams to innovate the F&B experience Actively contribute during the pre-opening phase to the set-up and launch of the department according to CLP guidelines Profile & Requirements Outstanding leadership, organizational and communication skills Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle environments Strong understanding of service excellence, guest experience and operational performance Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs and operational planning Strong people management skills with a coaching and development mindset High attention to detail, discretion and professionalism Ability to work with multicultural teams and international guests Solution-oriented, proactive and results-driven Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
