Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-site operation and maintenance of Huawei Cloud HCS/HCSO environments for Saudi telecom operators, including troubleshooting and resolving on-site environment issues (with the ability to coordinate assistance from Huawei backend engineers).
Perform version upgrades and updates, monitor live network operation capacity, and execute resource specification adjustments.
Possess the ability to perform basic problem localization and fundamental operational tasks such as environment expansion and changes. Able to identify and respond to risks based on operation monitoring and alerts. Capable of coordinating with various departments to resolve related issues, demonstrating fundamental problem tracking and escalation skills to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluent in English communication. Technical Skills: Familiar with the foundational O&M services of Huawei Cloud HCSO/HCS, including but not limited to:Compute: ECS, IMSS, ASContainer: CCE, SWRNetwork: VPN, VPC, ELB, EIPStorage: OBS, EVS, SFSSecurity: WAF, HSSExperience in customer-site resident operation and maintenance is preferred.
