Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jiddah for a Recruiting Operations Specialist. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to coordinating interviews and conducting onboarding activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment workflows, and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and procedures. The position plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent to meet organizational staffing needs.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition processes Experience in HR operations including Onboarding and Documentation management Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software/tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders Organization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track metrics and improve recruiting performance A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
