Oversee the financial health of the company through strategic planning, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. Supervise budgeting, accounting, and financial control functions, while providing leadership to the finance team and strategic advice to senior management. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience in Real Estate development. Responsibilities Manage Budgeting and Financial Planning Monitor Cash Flow and Financial Position Lead Financial Reporting and Audit Readiness Supervise Accounting and Control Activities Advise Leadership on Financial Risk and Opportunities
Qualifications
Saudi nationality. Proven experience in the real estate industry. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.8–12 years of experience in finance roles, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
